- 🍗 2 chicken tenders (100g)
- 🧅 1/3 leek (80g)
- 50g bottled Zha Cai
Seasonings
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders and make several cuts. Place them on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the leek diagonally and roughly chop the Zha Cai.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
