- 🍗 300g chicken tender
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/5 carrot
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🍋 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧄 1 tbsp garlic
- 🧂 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
ÉTAPES
Boil chicken tenders in water until fully cooked, approximately 10 minutes. Rinse in cold water.
Slice vegetables (onion, carrot, cucumber, bell peppers) into thin strips about 5cm long.
Arrange the sliced vegetables and chicken tenders neatly on a plate.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to prepare the mustard dressing.
Serve the salad with dressing on the side, allowing diners to add as desired.
