- 🍗 3 chicken tenderloins

- 🧀 50g cream cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 2 tsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Place the chicken tenderloins in a microwave-safe container and pierce them with a fork several times.
Sprinkle salt and pour sake over the chicken. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds until cooked through. Let it cool.
Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and skin, and dice into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, wasabi, and olive oil.
Add the shredded chicken, diced avocado, and cream cheese (scooped into small pieces with a spoon) to the bowl.
Mix everything until well combined.
