Main Ingredients
- 🍗 100g chicken tenderloin, trimmed
- 🍆 160g eggplant, halved
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut off the stem of the eggplant and slice it lengthwise in half.
Make shallow cuts into the chicken tenderloin.
Place chicken, eggplant, sake, and salt in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Cool the eggplant in water, squeeze out excess moisture, and let the chicken cool.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (☆) in a bowl. Tear the chicken and eggplant into bite-sized pieces and toss them with the seasoning.
