- 🍗 4 chicken tenderloins
Vegetable
- 🍄 1 pack (150g) shimeji mushrooms
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
ÉTAPES
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the root ends of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
Add sake and soy sauce, stir-fry to combine, then add butter and let it melt. Coat everything evenly.
Plate the dish and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
