INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 4 chicken tenderloins (200g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥪 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Cheese Breadcrumbs
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 🍞 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Finishing
- Enough tonkatsu sauce for serving
ÉTAPES
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins. Cover with plastic wrap and pound them thin. Season with salt and pepper, then spread mayonnaise on both sides.
Mix grated cheese and breadcrumbs in a tray to create cheese breadcrumbs. Coat both sides of the chicken with the mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 180°C (1cm depth). Fry the chicken on both sides for 2 minutes each until cooked through.
Serve on a plate and drizzle with tonkatsu sauce.
