ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken tenderloins into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken pieces, lemon juice, and consomme powder into a resealable bag. Massage the mixture and refrigerate for 5–10 minutes.
Add potato starch to the marinated chicken and coat evenly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Season with salt and pepper, then tear basil leaves and stir briefly.
