- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin, sliced thinly
- 🥬 150g grated daikon
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 50ml concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 💧 100ml water
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Slice the chicken tenderloin thinly at an angle and coat with potato starch.
Grate the daikon to make daikon oroshi.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat and cook the chicken until golden on both sides.
Add the seasoning mixture and grated daikon to the pan, mix well, and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
