- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥚 1 soft-boiled egg
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- Shichimi togarashi, as needed
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
Teriyaki Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
ÉTAPES
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Microwave the frozen udon noodles according to package instructions.
Mix all the teriyaki sauce ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, sake, mirin) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until both sides are golden brown.
Add the udon noodles and teriyaki sauce to the pan, mixing until the sauce coats everything evenly. Serve in a bowl, topping with a soft-boiled egg, chopped green onion, and shichimi togarashi.
