INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 2 chicken thighs (400g)
- 🥒 1 zucchini (170g)
- 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
- 200ml white wine
- 50ml heavy cream
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Garnish
- Pinch of pink pepper
- Pinch of chervil
- 🍋 1/4 lemon
ÉTAPES
Cut zucchini into 1cm slices, king oyster mushrooms into 5mm slices, and lemon into wedges.
Pierce chicken skin with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan, cook chicken skin-side down until browned, then flip. Add zucchini and mushrooms, cook until zucchini softens, then remove vegetables to a plate.
Add white wine to the pan, cover, and steam chicken for 8 minutes. Remove chicken and place on top of the vegetables.
Add heavy cream and salt to the pan, reduce, then stir in butter until melted. Pour sauce over chicken, garnish with pink pepper, chervil, and lemon.
