- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), chopped
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
Sauce
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 💧 100cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧈 20g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Chop the onion roughly and separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.
Place the chicken, onion, mushrooms, and sauce ingredients into the rice cooker and mix lightly. Start the regular cooking cycle.
Once cooking is complete, stir the mixture and spread pizza cheese evenly on top. Close the lid and keep warm for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve on plates and garnish with chopped parsley.
