Chicken
- 🍗 10 chicken wing halves (250g)
Coating
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Marinade
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Place chicken wings and marinade ingredients (sake, soy sauce, grated ginger, and grated garlic) into a plastic bag. Massage and let sit for 10 minutes.
Add potato starch and all-purpose flour to the bag and coat the chicken wings evenly.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F), about 2cm deep. Fry the chicken wings until crispy. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
