INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cheese Sauce
- 🥛 50cc milk
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the root off the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip the chicken, add shimeji mushrooms, stir briefly, cover, and cook for 3 minutes. Plate the chicken and mushrooms.
Mix the cheese sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Stir, cover again, and microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir and pour over the chicken and mushrooms.
