- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🥬 3 leaves lettuce
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk scallion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Cornstarch as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
ÉTAPES
Mince scallion, garlic, and ginger.
Shred lettuce and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Combine scallion, garlic, ginger, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and gochujang in a bowl to make the sauce.
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown on one side.
Flip chicken, cover the pan, and cook for 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Plate lettuce and chicken, then drizzle with scallion sauce.
