INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧀 Sufficient amount of pizza cheese
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Tomato Sauce
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomato
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp consomme
- 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp medium-thick sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Finely chop onion and garlic, mix with olive oil (for tomato sauce), cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Add canned tomato and mix lightly, microwave uncovered at 600W for 6 minutes.
Add consomme, ketchup, medium-thick sauce, and soy sauce, mix well, and microwave for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste (tomato sauce).
Pierce the chicken skin with a fork in several places and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil (for chicken) in a frying pan, add the remaining garlic (1/2 clove), and sauté until fragrant.
Place chicken skin-side down in the pan and cook until browned. Flip, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 6 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, pour tomato sauce over it, sprinkle cheese, and cover until the cheese melts.
