- 🧀 2 slices cheese

- 🌿 1/2 sheet nori
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wrap spinach in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with water, squeeze out excess moisture, trim the roots, and cut into 2 cm pieces.
Cut chikuwa lengthwise into halves. Slice cheese into 2 cm wide strips. Cut nori into 6 equal pieces using scissors.
Place a slice of cheese on a piece of nori, fold it in half, then add chikuwa and spinach. Roll tightly and secure with a toothpick.
Mix the sauce ingredients (mirin, salt, soy sauce, sesame seeds) in a container. Arrange the nori rolls on a plate and drizzle the sauce over them.
