- 120g thinly sliced pork

Seasonings

ÉTAPES
Wrap each chikuwa with a slice of thinly sliced pork.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the rolls until the pork is browned evenly.
Mix soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, and grated garlic in a small bowl to create the sauce.
