Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (50g) mochi, thinly sliced
- 70g Chikuzen-ni, diced into 1cm cubes
- 2 pieces (40g) aburaage, halved and opened
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu (3x)
- 💧 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the mochi and dice the Chikuzen-ni into 1cm cubes.
Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut each piece in half and open them.
Fill each aburaage pocket evenly with diced Chikuzen-ni and sliced mochi, then secure with a toothpick. Repeat to make 4 pieces.
Mix mentsuyu and water in a microwave-safe container, then place the filled aburaage pockets inside. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Flip the pockets and microwave for an additional 1 minute.
