INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 150g ground meat
- 150g canned kidney beans
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley, a pinch
- 🍅 400g canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp chili powder
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Chop the onion roughly and mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add onion and sauté until softened. Add ground meat and cook over medium heat until browned.
Add canned tomatoes, ketchup, chili powder, nutmeg, salt, pepper, water, and kidney beans. Mix well and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is almost gone.
Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
