INGRÉDIENTS
Omelette Base
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 🧀 20g shredded pizza cheese
Chili Con Carne
- 100g ground beef and pork mix
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 100g canned red kidney beans
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
ÉTAPES
Chop the onion into small pieces. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix all the chili con carne ingredients. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Remove the bowl, stir the mixture, and microwave again at 600W for 2 minutes. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently with chopsticks while cooking.
Once the eggs are semi-cooked, top with the chili con carne mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese over it.
