- 1/8 head Chinese cabbage
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, small amount
Protein
- 4 slices ham
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- Toasted sesame seeds, small amount
Liquid
- 💧 500 ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the Chinese cabbage and ham into 2 cm squares. Separate the cabbage leaves from the stems. Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly after removing the stems.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the cabbage stems, shiitake mushrooms, and ham, and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add water and chicken broth powder to the pot. Simmer until the cabbage stems become tender.
Add the cabbage leaves and soy sauce. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds.
