- 4 leaves napa cabbage

- 1 can (75g) oil-packed tuna

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1 tsp garlic paste
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them in half. Cut the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Drain the oil from the tuna can.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the napa cabbage until softened.
Add the tuna, pea shoots, and seasonings (sake, salt, chicken stock powder, garlic paste) and stir-fry briefly to combine.
