Vegetables
- 🥬 400g cabbage, chopped
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Protein
- 🍖 4 slices ham, cut into strips
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 100ml water
Thickener
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, separating the stems and leaves. Julienne the ginger. Cut the ham into 2cm-wide strips.
In a frying pan, mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, chicken stock powder, and water). Add the ginger, cabbage, and ham. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and sprinkle with additional pepper if desired.
