Cut the salmon into thirds, sprinkle with a small amount of salt, let sit for 3 minutes, then pat dry with a paper towel.

Boil plenty of water in a frying pan, add the cabbage leaves, and cook for about 2 minutes until softened. Drain well.

Place a piece of salmon on each cabbage leaf, roll tightly, and fold the edges inward to fully enclose the salmon. Make 6 rolls in total.
