- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🥩 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 piece fried tofu, diced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, thinly sliced
- 5 snow peas, julienned
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Liquids
- 💧 As needed water
Oils and Seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
ÉTAPES
Dice the fried tofu into 2cm cubes. Slice the carrot thinly after cutting it into quarters lengthwise.
Remove the strings from the snow peas and julienne them.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide strips.
Add the soaked rice to the rice cooker pot. Mix in the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and add water up to the 2-cup mark.
Layer the pork belly, fried tofu, and carrot on top of the rice. Spread them evenly.
Add the grated ginger and lightly mix. Start the rice cooker on the regular cooking setting.
Once cooked, mix in sesame oil, white sesame seeds, and julienned snow peas.
