INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 40g mung bean vermicelli
- 2 slices ham
- 🥬 150g cabbage
- 125g pea shoots
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage in half lengthwise and slice into 1cm strips. Place in a bowl, add salt, and gently massage. Let sit for 5 minutes until softened, then squeeze out excess water. Cut pea shoots into thirds.
Cut the ham in half and slice into 1cm strips.
Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli, and cook according to package instructions. Drain, let cool slightly, and cut into manageable lengths.
In a separate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds). Add the vermicelli and toss. Then add cabbage, pea shoots, and ham, and mix well.
