ÉTAPES
Cut the bok choy into 3cm pieces. Boil water in a pot, blanch the bok choy briefly, then rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sesame oil, dashi powder, and water). Add the bok choy and dried baby sardines, then mix well.
