INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 2 packs yakisoba noodles
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chingensai
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp yuzu kosho
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Separate the chingensai stems and leaves, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the carrot and cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add pork, carrot, and chingensai stems, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Push the ingredients to the side of the pan, add yakisoba noodles to the empty space, and stir-fry while loosening the noodles.
Add bean sprouts, chingensai leaves, and the seasoning mix (yuzu kosho, soy sauce, sake, salt). Stir-fry everything together for 2–3 minutes.
