Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken thigh
- 1 head (100g) chingensai
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- 1 tbsp sake
Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Trim excess fat from the chicken thigh and make cuts to even out the thickness.
Place the chicken in a microwave-safe container, add sake, and rub lightly. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Leave covered for 10 minutes, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chingensai in half, then quarter the stalks. Lightly rinse with water and wrap in plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds, then cool in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Finely chop the green onion. Mix it with the sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.
Arrange the chingensai and chicken on a plate, then pour the sauce over.
