Basic Ingredients
- 1 handful chives
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Prepare 1 handful of chives, clean them thoroughly, and blanch them in boiling water for about 5 seconds.
Immediately transfer the blanched chives to cold water to cool them down and remove excess heat.
Squeeze out the water from the chives and place them in a bowl.
Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 2 pinches of salt, and 1 tbsp sesame oil to the bowl.
Mix everything gently by hand, then sprinkle 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds on top to finish.
