- 1 can spam
- 1 bunch chives
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1-2 chopped green chili peppers
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice the spam into thin strips and set aside.
If available, slice onion or substitute with bell pepper. Prepare thin slices.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic and chopped chili peppers until fragrant.
Add spam slices to the pan and stir-fry until lightly browned. Then add bell pepper slices and continue stir-frying.
Mix in chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce. Stir well to coat evenly.
Add a generous amount of chives and stir until they wilt slightly.
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
