- 200g buchu (Asian chives)

- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce

- 2 tbsp apple vinegar

ÉTAPES
Cut the radish into thin strips, sprinkle with salt, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
Wash the buchu in water mixed with vinegar, gently shake to clean, and cut into halves.
Add the seasonings to the squeezed radish strips.
Mix the radish and seasonings thoroughly until evenly coated.
Add the buchu and gently mix everything together.
Let the salad sit for 5–10 minutes, then mix again and transfer to a container.
