INGRÉDIENTS
Matcha Dough
- 🧈 67g room temperature unsalted butter
- 🧂 28g powdered sugar
- 100g cake flour
- 7g matcha powder
- A small amount of Maltesers
Chocolate Dough
- 🧈 67g room temperature unsalted butter
- 🧂 28g powdered sugar
- 100g cake flour
- 7g cocoa powder
- A small amount of Maltesers
ÉTAPES
Soften the room temperature unsalted butter.
Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Sift cake flour and matcha/cocoa powder, then mix gently in a cutting motion.
Add Maltesers (or chocolate chips) and mix lightly.
Scoop the dough using a 4cm ice cream scoop.
Place the dough on a baking tray with 5cm spacing (it won't spread much in the oven).
Bake at 160°C for 15-18 minutes.
Leave on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
