- 130g dark chocolate
- 100g cream cheese
- 🧈 100g unsalted butter
- 🧂 70g sugar
- 70g corn syrup
ÉTAPES
Break dark chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a bowl over a pot of simmering water.
Use a hand mixer to soften room-temperature butter. Gradually add sugar and corn syrup while mixing.
Add eggs one at a time to prevent separation of butter. Mix thoroughly with a hand mixer. Add cream cheese and mix well.
Add melted dark chocolate to the mixture and mix well.
Sift cake flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into the mixture and gently fold to combine.
Fill muffin tins lined with parchment paper to 70% full. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18-20 minutes.
