- 55g powdered sugar
- 15g cocoa powder
- 🧂 1g salt

- 🥚 1 egg

ÉTAPES
Bring butter and egg to room temperature. Whisk the butter until creamy.
Add salt and powdered sugar to the creamed butter and mix well.
Add the room-temperature egg and mix thoroughly. Sift flour and cocoa powder into the mixture.
Use a spatula to mix the batter by cutting through in a zigzag motion until combined.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. Pipe onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Place a chocolate chip in the center of each cookie and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes.
