- 🍗 2 bone-in chicken thighs
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍯 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Poke several holes in the chicken skin using a fork.
Place the chicken in a storage bag, add the seasoning mixture, and massage it into the chicken. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Place the chicken on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 230°C (450°F) for 15 minutes.
Brush the chicken with the marinade and lower the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F). Bake for another 10 minutes.
