    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp gochujang
    • 1 tsp sesame oil

Cut chrysanthemum greens into bite-sized pieces and julienne the carrot.

Place chrysanthemum greens and carrot in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain and mix with salt and sesame oil.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes until the color changes. Add the sweet and spicy sauce and cook for another 3 minutes until the liquid evaporates.

Mix cooked rice with sesame oil and salt in a bowl.

Place roasted seaweed on a bamboo mat, spread seasoned rice evenly leaving 3cm at the top edge. Add half the vegetables and beef, then roll tightly.
