INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chrysanthemum greens
Seafood
- 100g boiled octopus
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Chop chrysanthemum stems roughly and cut leaves into 2cm pieces. Slice boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry chrysanthemum greens and octopus over medium heat.
Add sake and soy sauce, then stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
