INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 200g chrysanthemum greens
Tofu
- 1 piece (20g) fried tofu
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut off the root of chrysanthemum greens. Separate the leaves and stems. Cut the leaves into 4cm pieces and slice the stems diagonally into thin pieces.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half along the shorter side, then slice into 1cm wide strips along the longer side.
In a microwave-safe container, mix the seasonings (salt, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water). Add the chrysanthemum greens and fried tofu, and mix well. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Remove from the microwave, mix again, and cover with plastic wrap. Let it sit until it cools to room temperature.
