ÉTAPES
Cut chrysanthemum greens into 1 cm pieces. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the greens until softened.
Add sakura shrimp to the pan and stir-fry. Then add mirin, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Continue cooking over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
