Meat
- 100g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 20g cilantro
- 1/3 stalk green onion
Seasoning for Meat Mixture
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Soup Base
- 400ml water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
ÉTAPES
Separate cilantro leaves and stems. Chop the stems finely and cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green onion thinly at an angle.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped cilantro stems, and the seasoning ingredients until sticky.
Place equal portions of the meat mixture onto wonton wrappers. Wet the edges with water and fold into triangles. Repeat to make 10 wontons.
In a pot, bring the soup base ingredients to a boil over medium heat. Add wontons and green onion, cooking for 3–4 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
Serve in bowls and garnish with cilantro leaves.
