- 🍫 90g dark couverture chocolate
- 🧂 80g sugar
- 🧈 75g butter
- 🌾 60g cake flour
- 🍫 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 🌰 1/3 tsp cinnamon powder
ÉTAPES
Melt the dark chocolate and butter using a double boiler. Gradually add sugar while stirring until fully dissolved.
Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Sift the cake flour, cinnamon powder, and cocoa powder three times, then gently fold into the mixture.
Once the dry ingredients are fully incorporated, add the heavy cream and mix again until smooth. Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 20 minutes. Let the brownies cool before slicing and serving.
