- 1 packet hotteok mix
- 💧 150ml warm water
Cream Cheese Icing Ingredients
- 🧂 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 🧀 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
ÉTAPES
Mix the dough powder and yeast from the hotteok mix packet with 150ml of warm water to form a dough.
Roll out the dough flat with a rolling pin and spread the cinnamon sugar powder evenly over it. You can add extra cinnamon powder if desired.
Roll the dough tightly and pinch the ends to seal it.
Cut the rolled dough into slices about 2cm thick.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, and place the dough slices in the pan. Cover with a lid and cook until golden brown on both sides.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, and powdered sugar to make the icing. Transfer the icing to a piping bag or a plastic bag.
Drizzle the cream cheese icing over the cooled cinnamon rolls and serve.
