INGRÉDIENTS
Seafood
- 🐟 200g cod fillet
- 🦐 4 whole shrimp
- 🐚 100g clams
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 🧅 50g minced onion
- 50g minced celery
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Condiments
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 400ml water
Garnish
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
- Pinch of Italian parsley
ÉTAPES
Slice mushrooms thinly, mince onion and celery, and chop garlic after removing its core.
Pat cod dry and cut into 4 pieces. Clean shrimp and remove veins.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, and celery, and sauté until fragrant.
Add canned tomatoes, white wine, salt, pepper, bay leaf, and water. Stir and bring to a boil. Add mushrooms, cod, and shrimp, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add clams and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve in bowls, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
