INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 5 eggs
- 5 pieces pickled radish
- 1 bunch spinach
- 🥕 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 10 sheets seaweed
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Blanch spinach in boiling water with salt, squeeze out excess water, and mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Julienne the carrot and stir-fry in a heated pan with oil. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce or salt for seasoning.
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and cook into thin omelette sheets.
Mix cooked rice with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt.
Place an egg sheet on a seaweed sheet, add pickled radish, spinach, and carrot, then roll tightly.
Spread rice evenly on another seaweed sheet, place the rolled gimbap on top, and roll again. Brush the surface with sesame oil and slice into bite-sized pieces.
