ÉTAPES
In a pot, combine water, grated ginger, dashi powder, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Add clams to the boiling broth and cook until they open, about 3–5 minutes.
Add lettuce and cook briefly, about 1 minute, to retain its crisp texture.
Mix potato starch with a small amount of water to create a slurry. Gradually add to the soup while stirring to thicken.
