- 1/2 pack pea shoots
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, minced
Liquids
- 💧 500cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them in half. Mince the green onion.
In a pot, add water, sake, and clams. Heat over medium heat until the clams open.
Add the pea shoots and minced green onion to the pot. Cook briefly until softened.
Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Bring to a quick boil and serve.
