- 🐚 1 can (130g) canned clams
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 100 ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the roots off the pea shoots and halve their length. Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly.
In a pot, combine the seasonings (soy sauce, sake, water) and shiitake mushrooms, and bring to a boil. Add the canned clams along with their juice.
Add the pea shoots and bring to a boil again. Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture, cover the pot, and cook on low heat for about 1 minute until the eggs are semi-cooked. Serve immediately.
