- 🥬 175g spring cabbage, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced

- 🍷 2 tbsp white wine
- 💧 500ml water

- Pinch of black pepper

ÉTAPES
Cut the spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic and remove the core.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add clams and stir-fry briefly over medium heat.
Add white wine and water, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat until the clams open.
Add the spring cabbage and simmer until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
