- 🦪 300g purged clams

- 1/2 piece ginger, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
ÉTAPES
Peel and slice the ginger into thin strips.
In a pot, add clams and the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mirin). Cover and cook until the clams open.
In a rice cooker, add the washed rice, clam cooking liquid, salt, and sliced ginger. Add water up to the 2-cup mark, mix well, and start cooking.
Once the rice is cooked, remove the clam meat from the shells and mix it into the rice.
